PERSONALIZATION SECTION: NAME (1 name only), AGE (#1-9 ONLY), and NEED BY DATE (Please note, we only use this date as a reference). Please DO NOT put the date of the event as a need by date. Your "need by date" should be BEFORE the event date. Giving us your "need by date" does not mean we will change our processing time to accommodate your "need by date". It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to calculate dates to ensure your order will arrive in time❗️

❗️We do not guarantee delivery dates and we are not responsible for post office/carrier damage or delays.  If we can show via tracking that your order was shipped with enough time for it to get to you based on the transit times provided by the USPS/UPS, but it doesn’t arrive on time, we cannot issue a refund.
